Rocky Case, Founder and President
Rocky C. Case is a third generation Wyoming native. He graduated with high distinction from Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
He worked at Cable TV as the outside plant manager and then he pivoted to be the vice president of Wyoming Deferred Compensation, Inc. where he presented the State of Wyoming 457 Plan to public employees in Wyoming. He doubled the plan size in 10 years and the Plan became renowned nationwide. He served for several years on the National Board and lobbied in Washington D.C. for benefits, legislation, and employees.
Rocky was active in the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce from 1985-2011. He served as President of the Military Affairs Committee, and he was very actively involved in the USS Cheyenne (a Los Angeles Class Fast Attack Submarine) Committee as Publicity Chairperson and chaired the USS Cheyenne 10th Anniversary Committee.
He was also active in the Cheyenne Rotary Club and served on the board from 1994-2001 and was elected President in 2000. He was a board member of the Cheyenne Boys and Girls Club from 1994-2010.
Rocky enrolled in the College for Financial Planning and became licensed as a Certified Financial Planner in 1994. He believes in helping people make educated financial decisions and to help them avoid the mistakes that many people make on their way to retirement and beyond. To that end he is extraordinarily successful in helping people become financially independent.
Rocky has been married to his wife, Judy for 51 years. They reside in Cheyenne, WY and they have been blessed with three children, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Rocky’s hobbies included biking, golf, skiing, fishing, camping and outdoor activities.
